Speaking & Presenting

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

I am available as a presenter, speaker, and workshop facilitator for events, retreats, festivals, and organisations interested in deeper conversations around health, presence, relationships, and human potential.

My work sits at the intersection of Chinese medicine, embodied awareness, energetic cultivation, and personal development. Through my clinical work, coaching, and teaching, I help people reconnect with themselves and develop a deeper relationship with their body, awareness, and life direction.

I have presented at a number of festivals, retreats, and events around Australia, sharing practical insights that bridge traditional wisdom with modern life.

My presentations combine grounded knowledge with experiential practices that help people move beyond theory and into direct experience.

Participants often describe these sessions as engaging, insightful, and deeply practical.

I acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as first inhabitants and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work. I respect the elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, traditions and culture. It always was, and always will be.
